This month in numbers

Compared to the previous month, we can see decrease in the number of new listings and sold yachts. As was projected last month, the increase in new listings due to the yacht shows has stabilized. Since May this year we see a decline in the amount of sales. On the other hand, the amount of yachts offered for sale have been steadily increasing since April. As a result, yachts that have been on the market longer are receiving price reductions to stay competitive with the new supply of yachts entering the market.
