Overview of last week's sales updates | Week 35

Last week, the Dutch-built yacht market saw 1 yacht being sold, 4 new yachts entering the market, 4 yachts receiving a price change, and 1 yacht was withdrawn from the market. 

In the previous week, there were 4 new listings, and 2 yachts were sold. Hence, compared to last week, we observe an increase in the number of price changes, and a decrease in the number of sales.

• Heesen 25 meter motor yacht LORCA is now offered for sale with Denison Yacht Sales.
• Van der Valk 24 meter motor yacht Vitesse 80 DUKE OF ORANGE is now offered for sale with Wehmeyer Yacht Brokers.
• Van der Heijden Classic 1800 NUMBER7 is now offered for sale with Bestboats International Yachtbroker.

Sold:

• Lowland Yachts 28 meter motor yacht ARMATHIA was sold by Adam Papadakis of Moravia Yachting representing the seller and Mauro Corvisieri of Custom Yacht introducing the buyer

Price change:

• Feadship 67 meter motor yacht DRIZZLE, listed for sale with Hamilton Marine, has seen a price reduction of €6.000.000.
• KM Yachtbuilders 18 meter sailing yacht LOLA E, listed for sale with Merk & Merk Yachting Boutique, has seen a price reduction of €150.000.
• Feadship 62 meter motor yacht FLAG, listed for sale with Burgess, has seen a major 3M+ price reduction and a currency change from USD to EUR. 
• Feadship 31 meter motor yacht NEREUS, listed for sale with Max Murphy of Fraser, has seen a price reduction of $250.000.
