Overview of last week's sales updates | Week 40

Last week, the Dutch-built yacht market saw 1 yacht being sold, 5 new yachts entering the market, 3 yachts receiving a price change, and 1 yacht being withdrawn from the market.

In the previous week, there were 6 new listings, 4 yachts were sold and there were 3 price changes. Hence, compared to last week, a decrease in the number of sales and new listings was found.

For sale:

• Mulder Shipyard 36 meter motor yacht PROJECT 3600 HULL NR8 is now offered for sale with Mulder Brokerage.
• Moonen Yachts 25 meter motor yacht MIDNIGHT SAGA XII is now offered for sale with Vyba Yachts.
• Royal Huisman 25 meter sailing yacht FOFTEIN STAR is now offered for sale with Haas International.  
• Feadship 32 meter motor yacht SANTA MARIA is now offered for sale with Edmiston.
• Feadship 38 meter motor yacht BLUEMAR II is now offered for sale with Northrop & Johnson. 

Price change:

• Heesen 44 meter motor yacht  AT LAST, listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, has seen a price reduction of $500,000. 
• Holland Jachtbouw 22 meter sailing yacht SWEET EMOTION, offered for sale with Berthon International, has seen a price reduction of €150.000. 
• Cammenga 18 meter motor yacht HUNTER, listed for sale with Portofino Yachting, has seen a price reduction of €50.000.
