In the previous week, there were 4 new listings, 0 yachts were sold, and there were 5 price changes. Compared to last week, there was an increase in the number of yachts sold and price changes.

• St. Barth Yachting has recently introduced its latest yacht that measures 25.8-meter, the St-Barth 85 FLY, and she is now offered for sale with Moravia Yachting. 
• Heesen Sportsfisherman 38 meter motor yacht OBSESSIONS is now offered for sale with Simpson Marine.
• Jongert Yachts 29-meter sailing yacht SCARENA is now offered for sale with Northrop & Johnson.
• Moonen Yachts 21-meter motor yacht SEABEAR II is now offered for sale with Vyba.

Price change:

• Oceanco 80 meter motor yacht AALTO, listed for sale with Burgess, Edmiston, and Y.CO, has seen a price reduction of €6.250.000. 
• Royal Hakvoort Shipyard 34 meter motor yacht TEMPO REALE, listed for sale with Denison Yacht Sales, has seen a price reduction of $285.000.
• Porsius 23 meter Motorsailer WHITE STAR OF RORC, listed for sale with Grabau International, has seen another price reduction of €186.000. 
• VMG Yachtbuilders 22-meter sailing yacht SPIRIT OF VENICE, listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, has seen a price reduction of €100.000. 
• Royal Huisman Shipyard 25 meter sailing yacht METOLIUS, listed for sale with Simon Turner of Berthon International, has seen a price reduction of €100.000. 
• The 20 meter Jongert 2200M sailing yacht ARQUIMEDES, listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, received a price reduction of €100.000. 

Sold:

• The custom 45-meter superyacht, known as Project YN 256, has been successfully sold and is currently under construction.
• ICON Yachts 62 meter motor yacht PARTY GIRL was sold by Merle Wood, after being on the market for 157 days. 
• Van der Valk Shipyard 18 meter motor yacht LIBERTY was sold by AG64 yachts, after being on the market for 123 days.
