Bruijs Jachtbouw

Bruijs Jachtbouw was founded in 1957 by Cees Bruijs, specializing in steel motor yacht construction. The company's iconic creation, the Bruijs Vlet, became a classic, and they built numerous of them. Nowadays, under the leadership of Robert Bruijs, they continue building, maintaining, and storing both sailing and motor boats.

While remaining proud of the Vlet, they shifted to the cutter in the 1990s and gained recognition as a distinguished yacht building company. Their craftsmanship led to European nominations for motorboat of the year in 2005, 2007, and 2012.

In response to challenging times, particularly during the financial crisis, Bruijs Jachtbouw expanded its steel department beyond boat building. Now, they serve as both yacht builders and steel construction experts, offering their expertise for various steel constructions.
