This sailing yacht was built in aluminum in 1997 at Royal Huisman Shipyard after an exterior design by Fontaine Design Group and naval architecture by Ted Hood. She received a full refit in 2017, and extensive maintenance in 2018-19. If she is not sailing SURAMA is powered by two Mercedes 570hp engines, allowing her to cruise at 11 knots with a maximum range of 4,305nm.
Her cool, relaxing, modern interior by Andrew Winch can accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 cabins, all of which open into a central lobby. All cabins have their own en suite bathroom.
