Launch of the third Amels 80
The Damen Yachting team is proud to announce the launch of the third hull in the Amels 80 series at the Damen Yachting hull-building facility in Galati, Romania. Following the successful launch, this 80-metre (261-foot) superyacht PROJECT ZURICH has embarked on her journey to Vlissingen, the Netherlands, where she will enter the next phase of outfitting.
Designed with an exterior by Espen Oeino International and naval architecture by Damen Yachting, the Amels 80 combines exceptional performance with contemporary aesthetics. Specifically, her up-to-date equipment on board will facilitate a top speed of 16.6 knots and an impressive cruising range of 5000 Nautical miles. Furthermore, while details of the interior remain confidential, the yacht promises to uphold the series’ reputation for luxury and innovative design. Moreover, PROJECT ZURICH will be able to accommodate up to 14 guests across 7 capacious staterooms, with 10 additional staterooms for crew member accommodation to simplify yacht handling.

This Amels Limited Edition 80 superyacht is scheduled for completion in 2026.
