Short description of the yacht
Built in steel by Hakvoort Shipyard in 1985 after a design and naval architecture by Pieter Beeldsnijder. Built to circumnavigate the world, she is a proven ocean going yacht with Dutch pedigree.
This Hakvoort for sale provides an interior that is elegant, classic, stylish, and charming. The interior was rebuilt in 2007 using high-quality materials, plus she had a refit in 2013/14, including significant engineering work, complete paint job, and all new decks. In 2019, another technical refit took place.
Two Caterpillar 441 Hp diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 10 knots with a maximum speed of 12 knots, giving her a cruising range of 5500 nautical miles. The vessel is a rare pedigree ocean-going yacht that is well looked after.
Her practical layout offers large staterooms, comfortable salon, and sky lounge. Behind the sky lounge, you find a settee that is cozy and shaded. The spacious boat deck can also function as a sundeck with charming teak chairs. Her large wheelhouse has an observation seat for those who like to be actively involved in sailing this steel trawler.
On top of the wheelhouse, there is a storage area for canoes and it holds some extra storage boxes.
