Royal Hakvoort Shipyard announces the launch of YN 253 / Project Asia on January 20th from the yard’s facilities in Monnickendam, the Netherlands. The project was sold and managed by Moran Yacht & Ship being the eight newbuild project together.
Designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design and featuring naval architecture by DIANA Yacht Design, YN 253/ project Asia was commissioned by a passionate owner looking for a seamless blend of style, functionality. With a carefully considered balance of indoor and outdoor spaces, suitable for charter for up to 12 guest, she offers a clever GA with splendid accommodation for all. The result is an ocean-going explorer with impressive capabilities.
The main deck features a full width VIP suite with seating area and his and hers bathroom as well as a lounge with a large dining table, seating area and bar. Two large tenders will be launched from the garage on the main deck at both port and starboard side.
Accommodation for 8 guests is located on the lower deck in 4 spacious double guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms. The aft lower deck aft also features a beachcomber with a massage room, a Haman and entertainment area. The forward lower deck has generous crew arrangements in 8 crew cabins with en-suite bathrooms.
The owner's master accommodation is housed on a dedicated private deck. This extra deck comprises the master stateroom with panoramic views forward with two bathrooms, a master study, a sky lounge with bar. Aft an al fresco dining table for up to 16 people and seating area.
The top deck will feature the wheelhouse and a range of facilities for the captain, a spacious gym and outdoor seating aft.
Add in the sun deck with a swimming pool, full service bar, day head, seating area including, sun pads, and this is clearly a magnificent superyacht in every sense.
