SOFIA, Moonen Yachts' 41.78m superyacht was sold in a silent sale with Yannis Stratis of Yacht Broker House representing the buyer and Rob Newton of International Yacht collection representing the Seller.
SOFIA was built in 2012 after the design of René van der Velden Design with a modern interior design by Art-Line Interiors.
Her twin 1015 Hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots with a maximum speed of 14 knots, giving her a cruising range of 5000 nautical miles.
SOFIA can accomodate up to 10 guest in 5 cabins and up to 7 crew in 4 crew cabins.
Earlier in 2017 SOFIA was listed for sale with Moonen brokerage but was witdrawn from the market a year later. Since then she has not been listed for sale and now sold in a silent sale.
