Graafschip 56 meter sailing yacht ATLANTIC III was sold inhouse with Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage, after being on the market for 2512 days. Remarkably, ATLANTIC III is the largest classic racing schooner ever to be created.
ATLANTIC III is the replica of the renowned ATLANTIC, launched in 1903 and commissioned by New York Yacht Club member Wilson Marshall. Moreover, she was recreated by Dutch yachtsman Ed Kastelein who is known for restoring and owning multiple famous yachts.
This Graafschip Custom sailing yacht was built in steel in 2008, after an exterior design by William Gardner and naval architecture by Doug Peterson Yacht Design and MasterShip. She is powered by a single 744Hp Yanmar diesel engine, and she is equipped to combine relaxed cruising and serious sailing under abundant weather conditions.
Her charming and volumnious interior can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 capacious staterooms, each with convenient facilities. Furthermore, 7 additional cabins can be used as preferred, for instance for crew member accommodation to simplify yacht handling or to welcome family and friends on board for unforgettable adventures.
Concludingly, ATLANTIC III was offered for sale in pristine condition, and she is now beyond ready to take her new owners on many unforgettable adventures while realizing the ultimate luxury yacht experience on board no matter her destination.
