Feadship 50 meter motor yacht HERCULES has been sold after 200 days on the market. The seller was represented by Andrew Bond at Fraser and the buyer was introduced by Stig Bugge Jensen at Althaus Yachting.
Built in steel by De Vries in 1998 after a design and naval architecture by De Voogt Naval Architects. She has recently completed a full refit.
Twin 1370 Hp Catterpillar 3512e-Di-Ta diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots with a maximum speed of 15 knots, giving her a cruising range of 4700 nautical miles.
Her modern interior by Glade Johnson Design can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, consisting of one full beam owners cabin on the main deck, three double guest murphy beds cabins and one convertible twin guest cabin with murphy beds that converts to a gym area or children’s playroom. The owners cabin features an office area, a large sound proofed room which was originally a music room and currently converted as a children’s room with fold down bunks; a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower and his and her sinks.
For the crew, there are 12 berths in 5 cabins with en-suite bathrooms and a separate crew mess and galley.
The open and light saloon features a grand piano and comfortable seating. There is a wet bar forward to port. The dining area can accommodate ten guests and has sliding pocket doors to close off the area for private dining. The upper deck skylounge features a large flat panel tv a bar and game table.
HERCULES has outdoor areas that offer plenty of space for sunbathing, and al fresco entertaining and dining. The aft deck has seating for up to12 guests at the dining table. Up the stairs is the sundeck, featuring a dining area, sun beds, a bar and a jacuzzi.
