This Heesen 4960 was built in steel in 2015, after an exterior design by Clifford Denn Design and naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects. She is powered by twin 1300Hp MTU diesel engines, which allow a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots. Moreover, SAIRU has a cruising range of 4000 Nautical miles.
