E.J. Smit & Zoon’s 28 meter sailing yacht SILVER SPRAY was sold in 1285 days, where Van der Vliet Quality Yachts was representing both the buyer and the seller. She was built following the hull design of the fast and famous “America”, and in 1999 she was rebuilt into a luxury sailing yacht. Her most recent refit was in 2014-2017.
This Former Pilotvessel 2800 was built in steel in 1916, after an exterior design by E.J. Smit & Zoon’s. She is powered by a single 316Hp Scania diesel engine. Due to her hydraulic powered systems, she is easily handled with minimum crew.
Her contemporary interior can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, all with en-suite facilities. Furthermore, 1 additional cabin can be used for crew member accommodation of up to 4 crew members to enable more simplified yacht handling and an increased luxury yacht experience.
