Built in steel by Oceanco in 1997, after an exterior design by The A Group. She is powered by twin 1920Hp M.T.U. Diesel engines, which allow a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots. JOY has a cruising range of 3600 Nautical miles. She benefits extensively from outstanding maintenance and attention by her experienced crew.
