This Heesen Custom 5000 was built in aluminium in 2018, after an exterior design and naval architecture by Omega Architects. She is powered by twin 3860Hp M.T.U. diesel engines, which allow a transatlantic range, but also facilitate a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 23 knots. Moreover, VAN TOM has a cruising range of 3100 Nautical miles.
Since she was built to commercial standards, her abundant equipment on board facilitate both relaxed cruising and serious sailing, but her luxurious amenities should also not be overlooked.
Her modern and contemporary interior, after a design by Francesco Paszkowski and Margarita Casprini, can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 capacious staterooms, each with convenient facilities. Furthermore, 5 additional cabins can be used for crew member accommodation to simplify yacht handling, or to welcome family and friends on board for unforgettable journeys.
