Short description of the yacht
A 31m ketch sailing yacht built by Jongert yachts in 1995. She has a sparkling sailing performance for fast ocean passages and long periods on board. Her perfectly crafted joinery and general air of quality satisfy the most stringent demands. She can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 cabins and 4 crew members in 2 cabins with a nice separated crew mess.
The main saloon is connected to the deck saloon by an open gallery. The flood of natural light admitted through the full, with windows creating a friendly atmosphere and gives you a feeling of wide and comfortable space.
In the luxurious owners' suite, there is a large double bed, a sofa, desk and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower in combination with a bath. The traditional large transom windows create a uniquely Jongert atmosphere and together with the portlights in the hull a 270 degrees view.
The guest cabins are also spacious, each with large twin beds. Each cabin features its own bathroom with separate shower. Air-conditioning is individually adjustable per cabin.
The spacious foredeck makes it easy for sailing handling or to relax while sunbathing. Here you also find a large hatch that gives direct access to the crew area. Privacy is ensured by this direct access separating the owners and guest accommodation from the crew area in the front area of the yacht.
The aft deck has a comfortable settee to enjoy al fresco dining with up to 6 guests. The steering position is well positioned behind the superstructure and offers full control and good visibility for sail handling and manoeuvring. There is a unique swimming platform with a custom-built hydraulic foldable swimming ladder for easy access to the water that was installed during the 2005 refit at Jongert. This hydraulic ladder can also be used as a passarelle.
On top of the swimming platform the tender, that is launched with the boom, is stored, which gives you extra space to enjoy life on deck. It is also possible to hoist the tender underneath the platform when moored in the Mediterranean to get easy access onboard through the passarelle. In 2005 a retractable stern thruster has been added together with a Hamann system.
