SEVENTH MULDER THIRTYSIX HULL COMPLETED
With her construction beginning in April last year at Mulder’s brand new facility in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands, the first Mulder ThirtySix hull was ready to leave the construction hall last Friday. Mulder employees from Zoeterwoude and Voorschoten were also invited along to mark this festive and memorable occasion.
Weighing a total of 60 tons of aluminium, the 7th Mulder ThirtySix has now been towed to Mulder’s outfitting facilities in Zoeterwoude and arrived safely today. She was built in aluminium after an exterior design by Claydon Reeves and naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects. She is powered by twin 1150Hp Caterpillar Diesel engines, which allow a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 17 knots, and a cruising range of 3400 Nautical miles.
After arriving in Zoeterwoude, the yacht will be handed over to her American owners in the spring of 2024. In addition, the construction of the 8th Mulder ThirtySix has now started, which will be available for delivery in October 2024.
