The 48-meter Feadship motor yacht GITANA has been sold with Jim Moran of Moran Yacht & Ship bringing in the buyer, while Alex Busher at Edmiston and Hank Halsted at Northrop & Johnson represented the seller.
She was launched in 1997 by Feadship and was built in a steel hull and aluminum superstructure by Guido De Groot, with naval architecture by Frits De Voogt. After a multi-million-euro refit at Feadship in 2022, GITANA joined the market.
John Munford designed her interior with accommodation for up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, including a full beam master suite with an en-suite bathroom on the main deck and 4 additional guest cabins on the lower deck. She can sleep a crew of 10 across 5 cabins.
The outside area offers plenty of space for al fresco dining and sunbathing.
Some highlights on board GITANA include a Jacuzzi, a barbecue grill, and an enclosed gym.
She is powered by twin Caterpillar 3508-DITA engines, that allow a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,100 nautical miles at 13.5 knots.
GITANA was asking $14,450,000.
